Step #2: You’ll need to choose if you want to send the wave to one "Account" or to a "Group".

A Group is multiple accounts/numbers that are managed under the same organization.

Step #3: Decide whether you would like to use a templated message or craft a custom one.

**Don't forget to add variables to your text, the most common is {contact.first_name}**

Step #4: Decide when you want the message to go out. You may send it immediately or schedule it for later.

Step #5: Hit the Blue "CREATE" button at the top right of your screen and watch the responses roll in!! If you are not ready to send it and want to see a preview of the message, you may save the message as a "Draft" instead.

Pro Tip: You can schedule multiple messages at once to minimize your daily workload!!
