How to set up your account
Yay! You've signed up for Respond Flow, now what? Don't worry, we've got you covered. With this article I will give you a quick overview of Respond Flow and also show you s couple things to set you to get you started.
Welcome to Respond Flow! You have logged in and by default are now on the Dashboard page. This is where you will see information about how many texts you have sent, how many replies you have gotten, and how many people have opt-out of your texts. You can segment the information by date range as well to help analyze what texts triggered the most responses. Once you start texting regularly, your graph might look something like this ⬇️. You can also see the side menu, the settings dropdown, and the chat button (those will appear on every page).
Lets's go over the menu and the icons and what the mean.
