You are able to segment your contacts on the Respond Flow platform by using the "Tag" feature. 

By assigning tags to each user on entry you will be able to send mass text messages and trigger automations targeting as many or as few people as you want to. 

The tag feature also helps you completely tailor your customer on-boarding experience by creating specific templated welcome messages based on each unique tag.

The general all-purpose tags are "All", "External", and "Zapier". The "All" tag is automatically assigned to absolutely every lead. The "External" tag is assigned to all leads that are added through any method except for manually added contacts. And "Zapier" is assigned to leads added through Zapier.

And best of all, you get to customize your tags. That means you can have as many or few tags as you'd like to.
